About Thomas Lam – Past Vice President, SABA Realty Ltd.

Thomas Lam is a seasoned Real Estate professional with a track record of success built on decades of experience, strong negotiation skills, and a commitment to client service. After completing the Real Estate Pre-Licensing course at UBC in 1982—along with Criminology and Management studies—Thomas launched a thriving family Real Estate Investment business.

Before entering the real estate field, Thomas spent over 17 years in the retail industry, serving as Loss Prevention and Resource Protection Manager for Western Canada. This role sharpened his skills in negotiation, leadership, planning, and project execution—skills he brings to every client relationship today.

In 2011, Thomas officially activated his Real Estate license and joined SABA Realty Ltd., where he now serves as Vice President. He specializes in helping clients expand their residential and commercial real estate portfolios, offering trusted guidance from condos and detached homes to pre-sales and multimillion-dollar investments.

Thomas is a three-time Medallion Club member (2014–2016), recognized among the Top 10% of REALTORS® in the Greater Vancouver area by the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver.
