Alexander is a long-term Vancouverite. He moved from Hong Kong to Vancouver in 2009 for post-secondary education. After graduating from the Beedie School of Business, Simon Fraser University (SFU) with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA), Alexander worked in the real estate and immigration sections. In 2015, Alexander managed a portfolio of single family and duplex properties in Detroit, MI with local professional in legal, title search, real estate trading, rental property management, construction and renovation while selling to overseas investors in East Asia. Before joining Saba Realty, Alexander worked at Rennie & Associates Realty on both presale and resale sides. Working closely with developers at a presale project presentation centre equips him with the insider knwoledge on contract writing and how to get the best deal for buyer clients. Alexander has experiences in buying, selling, and leasing a variety of real estate products from residential detached to studio condo homes for investor and end user clients. In addition, he is licensed in strata management and is a strata council member.
